Technical Training
Each of these offerings can be delivered either on-site or at a SMART organized training event. For more information, or to register for a training event, please see the training event schedules provided below. For more information on booking an onsite session please contact training@smarttech.com.
Prior to attending Level 2 Technical Training and/or Installation Training, participants must complete no less than three self-paced Level 1 Technical Training sessions. One of the sessions must be Level 1 SB600 Maintenance and Troubleshooting.

Level 2 Technical Training Events are one day events designed to give participants the knowledge and skills they need to effectively support end users and comfortably troubleshoot, diagnose and perform basic maintenance on the SMART Board 600 and 600i/600i2 series. Level 2 Technical Training is led by a SMART Certified Technical Trainer who is intimately familiar with SMART Board interactive whiteboard technology and service. The cost to attend this event is $749 USD.

Level 2 Installation Training Events are two day events designed to give participants the knowledge and skills they need to effectively and comfortably make informed decisions about installation options, connections and troubleshooting - all while working from a safety-first perspective. Each event is led by a SMART Certified Technical Trainer who has experience installing the SMART Board interactive whiteboard, and Unifi™ series hardware in a variety of environments. The cost to attend this event is $999 USD.

Level 3 Technical Training Certification Events are four day certification training events that grant the individual the ability to deliver Level 2 Technical Training and Level 2 Installation Training internally within their organization. The cost to attend this event is $1948 USD.
